My approach

My work is grounded in real clinical experience and embodied practice.

I bring together:

  • A BSc in Herbal Medicine and over 7 years supporting clients in clinical practice overcoming their physical and psychological imbalances

  • Evidence-based herbalism, nutrition, and lifestyle foundations (root-cause, not quick fixes)

  • Bodywork training (sports massage therapy) and a strong understanding of how stress lives in the body

  • Years of personal practice in martial arts and yoga, which informs how we build resilience, discipline, and self-trust

That means we do not just talk about change. We build it in a way your body can hold.

What if I miss a session? If you give notice, we will do our best to reschedule within the same week.

How the 12 weeks work

Format: 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching

Sessions: Weekly 60-minute calls (12 total)

Each week we will:

  1. Get clear on what matters most right now

  2. Identify what is creating friction (patterns, beliefs, energy leaks)

  3. Choose 1–3 realistic commitments for the week

  4. Build your personal plan step-by-step (your "Life Map")

  5. Review, refine, and integrate, keeping the momentum strong

Between sessions: You will have a simple shared document where we track your direction, weekly focus, and the practices that keep you grounded.
