Your tailored blend of medicinal herbs and nutritional supplements is priced separately as costs may vary upon requirements. The average monthly investment in herbs and supplements is £75-£100. After the programme is over and ongoing support is still needed, we can schedule our meeting as required for a price of £65 per 60min session

1. Who is this programme really for?
This programme is for high-functioning, health-conscious adults—professionals and busy parents—who are still getting through their days but know they’re running at 50–70% of their potential. You’re not bedbound or in full crisis, but you’re tired, foggy, less resilient than you used to be, and you want a natural, structured way to feel genuinely well again.
2. Do I need a diagnosis (like burnout, CFS, or Long COVID) to join?
No. Many of my clients don’t have a formal diagnosis. Their blood tests may be “normal”, but they still feel exhausted, wired-but-tired, or not like themselves. This programme is designed for that in-between space—where you’re not “sick enough” for the system, but you’re far from thriving.
3. How is this different from just taking supplements or following advice I find online?
Random supplements and online tips are generic. This programme is personalised and structured. We look at your specific history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, then build a step-by-step plan that combines herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and nervous system support—with ongoing adjustments and guidance over 12 weeks. You’re not left to figure it out alone.
4. What kind of results can I realistically expect in 12 weeks?
Most clients notice meaningful changes within 6–8 weeks, such as more stable energy, fewer crashes, clearer thinking, and better sleep. By the end of 12 weeks, the goal is for you to have calmer, more reliable energy, improved resilience to stress, and a clear plan to maintain your progress. This is not a magic cure, but a solid reset and foundation for long-term vitality.
5. I’m already quite health-conscious. Will I actually learn anything new?
Yes. Many of my clients already eat well, take supplements, or practice some self-care—but still feel stuck. The value here is in joining the dots: understanding why your current efforts aren’t enough, what’s missing for your body, and in what order to do things. We refine, personalise, and structure what you’re doing so your efforts finally translate into how you feel.
6. I’m busy. How much time will I need to commit each week?
The programme is designed for people with demanding lives. You’ll have a consultation every two weeks, plus practical changes to integrate into your daily routine. Most clients spend around 1–2 hours a week on intentional changes (meal tweaks, simple practices, short exercises), woven into what they’re already doing. Consistency matters more than perfection.
7. What exactly is included in the programme?
You’ll receive:
A personalised herbal medicine plan targeting your energy, stress response, and immune function
Nutrition guidance to support stable blood sugar, gut health, and mitochondrial function
Lifestyle and mindset coaching to break stress cycles and build resilience
Regular online consultations over 12 weeks
Ongoing support between sessions (within agreed boundaries), so you can ask questions and adjust as needed
Herbal formulas themselves may be an additional cost, which we’ll discuss transparently.
8. Are herbal medicines safe? What if I’m on medication?
Safety is a priority. I’m a qualified medical herbalist and member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. Before prescribing, I take a full medical history, review your medications, and check for interactions. If something isn’t appropriate, I’ll adapt your plan or focus more on nutrition and lifestyle until we find a safe, effective approach for you.
9. What if I don’t see any improvement?
No practitioner can guarantee specific outcomes, but we do everything we can to maximise your chances: a thorough initial assessment, a tailored plan, and regular reviews to adjust what’s not working. If we’re not seeing expected shifts, we’ll reassess possible underlying factors and, where appropriate, I may suggest further testing or referrals. You’ll never be left wondering what’s next.
