No. Many of my clients don’t have a formal diagnosis. Their blood tests may be “normal”, but they still feel exhausted, wired-but-tired, or not like themselves. This programme is designed for that in-between space—where you’re not “sick enough” for the system, but you’re far from thriving.

Random supplements and online tips are generic. This programme is personalised and structured.
