The Holistic Vitality Programme is designed for ambitious, hard-working individuals who are battling persistent fatigue, mental fog, and a growing sense of burnout—despite doing everything “right.” If you’re pushing through your workday on autopilot, relying on caffeine to function, and still waking up exhausted, this programme is for you.

Diet, Exercise and Herbs for Chronic Fatigue: The Core of the Programme

Herbal Medicine

  • We’ll use detoxifying herbs to promote liver, kidneys, lymphatic system and intestines function

  • We’ll tackle directly any opportunistic microbe that might be abnormally activate your immune system

  • Herbs are wonderful remedies to promote calm, relaxation, sleep and clarity of mind. We’ll include a tailored herbal blend in your plan to support you in challenging times

  • We’ll use herbal tonics to support the correct function of your adrenals, thyroid, pancreas, sex hormones, immune organs, brain and digestive system

  • We’ll design a tailored strategy to optimally plan your meals (times, content, food combinations, eating out, inclusions & avoidances etc.)

  • Blood sugar regulation plays a key role in maintaining energy and vitality. Our nutritional plan will include various tailored strategies to keep your blood sugar levels regulated

  • The health of your nervous, digestive and immune system is strictly linked to your gut bacteria. Parts of our protocol include strategies to nourish your microbiome

  • We’ll build a strategy to minimise inflammation in your body by increasing the consumption of anti-inflammatory foods and eliminating all the inflammation-aggaravating ones

Lifestyle & Mindset Coaching

  • Figuring out together what main results you want to achieve and how to keep walking towards that direction

  • Exploring together which rituals, practices and routines you can install in your lifestyle to support your growth and success in your healing journey

  • Coaching is about keeping constancy. I’ll powerfully support and guide you towards making the small steps that will lead you towards success

  • With my background as a sport therapist I can gradually guide you to build join mobility, muscle strength and postural alignment

Features and Pricing

The 3-months Holistic Vitality Programme: £425

  • 3 months of one-to-one online support (via Google Meet). This includes your initial consultation (60min) and 6 follow up consultations (60min), usually scheduled two weeks apart (totalling 7h of online therapy)

  • A tailored therapeutic programme inclusive of dietary guidance, lifestyle planning and mindset coaching

  • A shared therapeutic journey journal and self-empowerment resources

  • WhatsApp support

Your tailored blend of medicinal herbs and nutritional supplements is priced separately as costs may vary upon requirements. The average monthly investment in herbs and supplements is £75-£100. After the programme is over and ongoing support is still needed, we can schedule our meeting as required for a price of £60 per 60min session
